Google search those codes - that will give you an idea of what those numbers mean.

I do know that P0498 is the evap canister vent shut control circuit, so that should get you started.

 

Well yeah i researched all the codes, they all seem to relate to short circuits or loss of fuel vapor or something like that. But I just want to get as much information as I can in terms of easy cheap parts to swap before I go to the mechanic

 

If codes continue, try a different scan tool to read the codes.
