I'm having a problem with my car throwing codes P4020 and P4030 - im thinking the cats and sensors went bad on me. what would you guys recommend doing? possibly getting cat deletes? to replace them is crazy $ so i figured if im going to spend the $ i might as well do it up. my current setup right now is ATLP j-pipe into greddy exhaust.

 

how many miles are on your car? I don't think both the cats should go bad at once.

 

about a year ago i hit a sewer cap that was raised at night when i was driving that put a massive dent into my exhaust almost stalling my car and since then ive had issues with my exhaust. ive replaced the jpipe which was the part of the exhaust that was dented - but ever since then it hasnt been the same. im thinking thats why those error codes are coming up is because my cats crapped out on me from that. car has 63k miles on it.
