error code

my 2005 acura tl AT has been slipping so i decided to drive my other car. The other day i took my acura out for a drive and my check engine light came on. Took it to a shop and this code pops up "p0174b bank 2 system too lean". Can that be the reason my car has been slipping? please help me Scott and timtim.

Probably not.

Likely just needs an O2 sensor replaced on bank 2. The tranny is a seperate issue.

Try changing the trans fluid, and maybe the pressure sensors, see if that fixes the issue.

It just means it needs a software update.
