How many miles? Rear main seal or power steering fluid.

140k. It could be the rear main seal possibly. After looking up other TL and rear main seal, it looks like similar leakage. I also notice leaking from the front of the engine. I'll take pictures later and post them

Could it be an gasket leaking all the way to the bottom?

Could it also be the PVC valve? I really hope it isn't a rear main seal

Have you popped open those coils to see if there's oil in there? Have you ever done the valve adjustment and gasket? They have the spark plug tube gasket too I believe

I changed the spark plugs 100 miles ago. There was no oil inside except for a lot of rust on the plugs. I haven't done a valve adjustment also. Just bought the car two months ago. If I do replace the valve gasket, I'm for sure also doing the valve adjustment myself. But I work and go to school 24/7 and have no free time at all :/ I drive to work every day which includes the weekend. Might take a day off just for the TL if I have too.

Looks more like the PCV valve to me, considering the oil is above where the valve cover gasket is.

OP, at your miles, look to change out PCV valve, Valce cover gaskets and spark plug tube gaskets (they come in a set) , also your PS pump might also be leaking. These are all routine maintenance that should be done. Lots of useful info on this site that covers these DIY's.

I do notice the steering is sort of stiff but someone told me it's just the Type S style of stiff steering

Your best bet is to clean it all off and see where it's leaking from now.
