Engine abnormal noise TL 2008 base and Rattle

How many of you had problem with TL like mine and what is your solution for them?

my 2008 TL had pinging noise when the temp is higher. I call acura, they say it is normal (do not buy it). Now the temp is around 40 F, the pinging is almost (still there) gone.

Here is another new issue:
4 weeks ago, I noticed another abnormal noise at speed 0-20 mph (800 - 2000 rmp) when I accelarate in this range. The sound/pattern like an old car or similar to train (here i mean pattern: "po-po-po"- at interval less than 1 second). I also noticed louder engine and louder ticking (PVC??) sound than before. I tested it for the last few days. it seems to me at the very begining (out of garage) the engine runs fine. after a few minutes, the sound appears.

Other than this, my TL had rattle problems starting day one of my owership. I am tired of going to the dealer. Two locations need fixed at this moment: driver side vent rattle and passenger door rattle.

Anyone has a detailed procedure for fixing these problems with pics - how to pull out the vent and disassemble the door etc?

Just grab the vent and start to pull out left bottom corner first. The metal looking trim at the left bottom side where round knob is located is a part of vent assembly. So expect it to come out as a whole. Do it like, pull the left bottom side and as pull the left side push the left side toward the steering wheel. As you left bottom corner gives up it's hold, you will see that there are two metal clips on the left side of the vent. That's why I told you to push the left side towards steering wheel. Put your finger on these two clips and push it little further, once these two metal clips are out of it's position, the rest is very easy. It will almost come off by itself.

When I did this for the first time, it was very easy so made me think some clip was broken. It's that easy.
