Hi Guys,
Can anyone show me where the EGR valve is located and is this covered under the 80,000 miles emission warranty? My CEL came on and i got the error code P0404 and i think i might need to replace the EGR valve.

Yeah, it's under the intake manifold cover. It may just need to be blown out with compressed air. Don't know if it's covered under warranty or not, read you warranty booklet that came with the car to know for sure. An EGR valve is not expensive. I posted a service manual scan in this thread:
