I've searched and found a few threads on here about the drivers side door being loose and anytime you go over a bump in the road the lights come on/door open sensor comes on.

It's not the sensor. The metal piece that the door latches on is extremely loose. Can anyone tell me the name of the piece and help me with fixing it? Or pointing me in the right direction.

 

It's called the striker.

You probably only need to screw it in.
