Driver light flashing, check engine, VPS light off

I just replaced the windshield in my 06 TL and the Drive green light is flashing as well as the check engine light and the VPS light. Any suggestions of what could be wrong?

its an auto? flashing D light usually indicates a major transmission issue, get it checked out ASAP
