So yea it looks like the drivers side doors seem to be a few millimetres too close together or something, you can tell from the rubber along the door touching the rear driver side door. The passenger side door rubber doesn't touch the rear door at all. Could adjusting the door fix something like this? It's not really a big problem but would it even be worth the time to adjust it?
I read another thread where some people had door alignment issues with the 09+ TLs, so I'm not even sure if this is a factory problem (though I have an 08, second owner). I can probably live with it but would any of you bother trying to fix something like this?
Does anyone else have this problem or know of any solutions?
TY for your help

I don't have that [I]problem[I], and i highly doubt adjusting anything will fix it without introducing another issue. If I don't have to break the factory paint at the hinges, or anyplace else for that matter, I am not doing it. These are cars, not Swiss watches. There are manufacturing tolerances at play and the do "stack up" sometimes and can lead to odd things such as this. It doesn't look too bad to me, nobody will notice it until you tell them.
If the seams between the front/rear door panels look OK and it's just what you show in the photo then it's probably just the sashes (gloss black trim panels) that aren't aligned. Based on how they install I don't think there much "wiggle room" to adjust them but maybe there is. Just know that you risk messing things up even worse than they are if you start tearing off the moldings and sashes.
