Door Handle

A piece of my exterior door handle fell off. Does anyone know where I can get a replacement? The door handle is at the the front passenger side. The whole handle used to open is still intact but the part after the handle going in the direction of the back passenger is missing..It must haven fallen off while driving...
Can anyone help...ASAP...

You must be talking about the end cap. They're like 10 bucks at the dealership; just pop the old one out with a precision screwdriver, and put the new one in. It's a one minute job.

Replacing door end cap

Does anyone have any instructions or know an easy way to pop out the old end cap and replace it with a new one instead of taking out the interior door panel apart?

Your old one fell off already, right? I was stupid that day and described the way to mod the driver's side door so that the keyhole wouldn't show In your case, all you need to do is buy the end cap (make sure you get the right passenger side cap; the driver's side cap will have a hole for the key, and the left and right side end caps are not interchangeable) and push it in. There should be a "hook" that your cap can latch on to.

End cap

Only the black cap fell off and the silver bracket that the end cap was attached to is still on the door. I was wondering if I could just pry the black cap cover from the new one I purchased and put it on the pre-existing silver bracket but I think I would be difficult. Acura part/service rep said I had to take the interior door panel apart to insert the end cap which I don't want to do. I have 04 TL Nighthawk Black.......Any suggestion, I wonder if there's a manual on how to do that..

ohh, I see what you mean. the silver part comes off very easily - just pry off the cap and put the metal part away. that service rep is an idiot, because you don't need to remove anything to put the cap back on. all you need to do is press the cap against the existing metal bracket and it'll stay in place.
