Does your TL sound like a rattlesnake?
When i start driving it everyday, at maybe 10 MPH it makes a rattlesnake like sound (from the engine) I can only hear with the windows down. But i live in san diego so the windows are always down
anyway, it is not a healthy sound, but goes away after driving for a few minutes from what I can tell. It is bothering me!! Anyone else?

I hear the same thing, it's like a noise of an air succion, it dissapear after few miles. It happens when you reaacelerate between 2000 and 3000 rpm just after you have lift completly your foot off the throttle and let the rpm stabilise.
It sounds like a problem on the power sterring pump, it's the same sound that you would do if you want to make noise when you eat your soup and would like to vaccum it.
Next week i m going for my B maintenance so i will ask Honda what is it. I find myself that the problem is worsening.

oh.....I thought you were referring to 10,000 rattles that are coming from the interior..... I dont know what they did to the 3rd gen. I sold my 2002 TL-S w/ 80k miles and I think I had 1 or maybe 2 rattles at that point. my 05 w/ 15k miles has about 9 in every corner of the car.

I am in San Diego and my engine ratlles
I wonder if it is some thing in the air? I am just kidding. I am quite annoyed that my 05 TL A-Spec sounds like a ford escort going up hill when I first start it. It does this crappy rattling sound at low rpms, and continues until the car is warmed up. It sucks. I took it to Ball Acura 3 times, and I said I think the valves are screwed up, but the said it was my K&N filter. I was not letting enough air into the engine. So I paid the $38.00 for a crappy paper filter from them, and for a short time it worked, but here we are again with a $35,000 baby rattle. I am open to any and all suggestions. My problem is identical to the other listed. The rattle does not occur when not in motion, even revving the engine will not bring out the rattle. But as soon as I head down the road, clingly-clingly-clingly-clingly-clingly-clingly, well thanks for any input, I'm sure you'll hear me around.

I have exactly the same noise.
Except it's on my Jeep Wrangler with 158,000 miles.
I think it's a heat shield or else my muffler is getting ready to jump ship.
Oh, well, It'll still work without one.
