Dent on roof pillar/column

Does anyone know if this type of dent is repairable via paintless dent repair methods? It's pretty close to the crease, and I'm guessing there may be structural support reinforcement at that point. It appears to be an impact with a golf ball to me since I golfed Sunday.

yes, i believe that can be taken out with paintless dent wizard. About 2 months after picking my BRAND new car up, i got stuck in a hail storm out of nowhere in the middle of august (go figure!). The hail was the size of golf balls (no exaggeration whatsoever!) To make a long story short, i had about 75 - 90 dents all over my car! the dents ranged in size from a dime to a 50 cent piece. Every single dent was taken out without painting a single inch of my car and it is absolutely flawless! So im sure you were pretty heated when you saw it, but it can def be taken care of! Hope this helps. You live across the country, otherwise i would give you some places to go. See if there is a such thing as a "Dent Wizard" in Seattle.

I've heard of people popping small dents out using dry ice. Might be worth a try.

If there is some reinforcement underneath it, PDR won't do anything.

Dry ice won't do a thing....

I had one very similar over the left rear door. Dry ice will not take that out since it's way too deep and neat the edge. You may try a paintless dent removal guy but they will definitely need to drill at least one access hole which you will then need to plug.

In the end I had a local body shop take care of it. They matched my ABP so well that I can't even see the blend with polarized glasses or under sodium vapor lights (like at malls).

Dent was removed friday via paintless dent repair. It's not possible to access that point from behind. My PDR guy used a glue puller method and glued a nickel sized metal point to the spot and tugged on it. The glue shears at a certain pressure and so he was able to do the method over while messaging the spot after each pull. He pulled in different places on the dent turning it into a soft dent which he eventually finessed back into a completely flush surface. Simply amazing work. He also removed 2 other dents with that method including the black part of my driver door frame. He then removed 9 other smaller harder to notice dents across the passenger side of my car. Paid $100 cash.

I had a few dent repair shops tell me my repair was not repairable without painting. They also said the door frame wasn't repairable either. Guess it all has to do with how good/experienced the PDR guy is.

i'd have also glue pulled it.
just a couple of weeks ago, i pulled a dent, little smaller than baseball out, of a E500 pillar. The other dent guy said it could not be fixed and had to be sent to a bodyshop, the used car manager gave me a call (2 years after I dropped my card off over there). Spent my time on it, got it out about 95%. Manager was happy and I landed a Mercedes-Benz account!

That's a ridiculous deal you got there. I contacted a dent repair service man who is supposedly really good in my area. I have 2 small dents that I want repaired, both no larger than a nickel. One is on the hood and another is on the dreaded A-pillar. He straight out said he could not repair the dent on the A-pillar without even looking at it. Then he quoted me $95-$105 to remove the dent on my hood, which I'm sure will take him less than half an hour to repair. What a rip off! I'm still trying to find someone who can do the work for cheaper and try methods like the glue method to fix dents on the pillar.
