At the dealer for rattles
Just dropped off the TL-S for rattles at the dealer. I got the ones on the upper part of the window, the side mirror one, and one coming from somewhere in the odometer. The tech said it was the airbag spring or something but there wasn't much that they could do about it. Has anyone had that one rattle coming from the steering wheel, i will keep you guys updated on wether they fixed them or not

Oh! Don't get me started on rattles. I have had my car in for rattles 4-5 times. Each time they fix one, another one develops. I currently have one from the headliner, A-Pillar, and there is one in my dash somewhere and comes and goes. I have come to the conclusion that these cars just rattle and trying to cope with it.
Headliner (homelink button assembly, clip near back of sun-roof is broken or rattling harness)
Dash (beauty cover on cluster, wire harness for air-bag (easy fix with some tape), two flippy comartments, navi screen or center speaker)
All of these can be fixed with some felt or foam.

I'd like to hear more about the steering wheel rattle. Mine sounds like there is something loose in there but I've pressed every spot possible and can't stop it so I guess it's something inside. Is this what you have?

there is a connecter for the air-bag that rattles against the steering-wheel backing. If memory serves me correctly, there is a little flap under the steeringwheel, take that off and you will see the connector. Put some felt around the connector and it should go away
