It seems as though the FOB sucks for my 04... it's like i have to stand right near the car for it to work. With my older cars, it would work a couple hundred feet away. Is it like this for all the Tls?

Also, my drivers seat seems to take a while to warm up when it's on high... is that due to wear and tear?

 

has ur fob always been like that? Maybe the batteries r low. try replacing them. As for the seat wamer i had the same problem in my bmw but never had it adressed. since it is still under warrety get it checked but don't be surprised that the monkeys don't fix anything!
