Control Panel

I don't know if this is the right forum to place this thread but I am trying to change my control panel lights and also park lever (shifter) light but I can't take this thing out. Here is the picture. can't take the two apart.

Never mind, got them out. Anybody know if the mirror heater button on the left bottom side is lid when the lights are on at night? Also the navi cursor on the middle does it stay lid at night with the lights on? I heard mixed yes and no answers and therefore wasn't sure.

The mirror heater button lights up only when it's pushed "on"; otherwise, the button does not light up with the interior lights.

The Navi joystick is not illuminated. IIRC, there are photos of all the dash & console lights in some of the 3G Service Dept. threads on illumination & changing bulbs.
