code 61

took my Acura MDX to auto zone and it gave me the code 61 bolt volt low what does that mean I got the battery check it was good and it new

Are you sure it wasn't like 61 and a couple of other numbers after like 61-1 or 61------- code 61 doesn't make sense.

1. It's 3G TL forum, not MDX
2. "code 61 bolt volt low" doesn't mean much. Is it supposed to be the code that the battery tester returned? Or did they plug scanner into the car?

Did you ever figure this out? I had 61-1 pop up, then turn off. Now, a few weeks later, it's back on again. I noticed both times it came on that it had been after I'd be driving in the rain. Not sure if that matters? I just got a new top tier battery from Advanced Auto. Wondering if it's too much for the cars electrical to handle?
