Clutch is gone!!

Clutch is completely shot. Stuck on the side of the road now waiting for the tow truck driver.

Anyone now how much this could cost?

$750 to $2k...it's really going to depend on where you take your vehicle. The dealership will charge closer to the upper end of that. If you go to an independent automotive repair shop, make sure they are reputable. Buy an OEM clutch online.

What happened when it went out, noise or grinding or anything? I'm waiting to find out if mine is or not to.

since the factory clutch is self adjusting you won't know until it's gone

Get the LUK clutch kit AND flywheel from rockauto. My experience has shown to replace BOTH when doing the clutch due to the characteristics of the dual mass flywheel. They should run you about $337 and you're getting OEM parts without the Honda name on the package.

Not necessarily. You could start noticing slippage well in advance.

Thanks. Yeah I ordered them both yesterday, should be here at end of the week or so. I also got the clutch slave and master cylinders today as my pedal is dead all the sudden and if I'm doing 1 of them I'm getting them both done at the same time. Hopefully I can get them both changed tomorrow after work. I'm a lil over 205k so can't complain too much

^^^ Not bad at all. I'm at 225K and I think I can feel my clutch slipping at times. I'm putting away $100/month to save up for when it finally happens (:
