Clicking/squeaking noise after accelerating

I noticed lately that after every time I release the gas pedal, right afterwards there's a clicking/squeaking noise coming from somewhere under the hood. It sounds like it's coming from the front right side. It's really noticeable when driving the car cold or going slowly. Any one else has encountered this issue? Is it just because the car is getting old (06) and has 110K miles?

Thanks in advance.

Drive and timing belts were recently replaced. I initially thought it was a blown shock or strut. Man, I wish you posted the mats a week earlier.....

EDIT-The sound is more like a creaking noise than clicking. Thanks

creaking...does it kind of sound like a ship hull creaking? a low, almost wooden sounding creak?

If it is, might be pass side axle. A common problem. Jack her up and see if the CV boots are in good condition and not leaking grease.

edit: wait, the problem i'm describing only happens with the wheels turned and moving. nvm!
