Expected to hear a much clearer sound, but if you can't pinpoint the precise location and as long as the sound is coming from the left side, remove the serpentine belt and start the car for a short period to see if the noise is audible, and if no noise check the belt and pulleys.

There are 2 possibilities - one is the aforementioned timing belt idler pulley, the other is the a/c pulley mounting bracket. There is a TSB for that one as well.
I had the a/c pulley mounting bracket (07 TL). It was a chirping noise at cold start situations - noticeable mostly at idle. The dealer had to use longer bolts and modified mounting bracket. Noise went away after dealer fix.

Do I just ask about "TSB" fixes when I walk into Acura? I'll stop by the nearest Acura tomorrow or monday
i thought that pinging/chirping noise was my knock sensor at first since i had a CEL for it that kept reemerging. so after fixing that the noise was still present, thus the video.

Kind of difficult to ask about a specific TSB when you're not even sure of the origin. If you're going to take it to Acura, just walk in, tell them you have a noise and description, throw them the keys and walk away. Wait for their findings and go from there. If you're not sure of the cause, bad idea to tell service what you think the problem might be.
if its the passenger side then it might be the timing belt. if its else where then its probably another belt, tensioner or pulley.
when does this chirp occur? the more spcific you are about the noise and when it occurs, will help the dealer find it easier.
good luck.
