Change Starter Motor - 2008 TL-S
Super-easy to change starter motor in a half-hour. Don't pay the dealer 2 hours labor for this.

Thanks for the info.
I replaced the starter myself.
The hardest part was removing the damn battery tray to get to the starter.

Symptoms? Usually if the car sits over night it's hard to start. My dash lights flicker like the battery is dead an sometimes it'll do that with several tries. I'll wait a few minutes then it starts normally or it will slowly crank then finally start.

a dying starter would slow crank but just die and not make any noise...i think i killed my starter after my battery was going out and i kept cranking it and it wouldnt kick over.
