Car won't start!

The wifey took the car shopping all day, taking trips to multiple stores. Went to the car to leave home and nothing. She said she'd been hearing some noises lately on a cold start but after it warms up the noise goes away.

I drove to where she was and tried to start the car and nothing. All the lights, radio, and interior lights is on and no flickering when I turn the key. I don't hear any clicking at all and turned the multiple times and nothing at all.

I just replaced the battery and starter last year. Another bad starter? Her HFL is displaying a booting up for quite some time now.

It's parked at the store parking lot right now. Anyone have and ideas?

Could be the battery, broken cell plate. I had a Vigor that it happened to on a new battery, everything worked except the car wouldn't start.

When HFLs go bad, some continue to draw power after the car has been turned off for more than 30 minutes, thus draining the battery. There is a TSB for the HFL.

Try jump starting or using a new battery, and if that works, disconnect the HFL until you install a new one (@$170).
