Windows and radio work but everytime it turns over it sounds like a sowing machine so my wife tells me, i am in work and cant look at it in person. Any ideas? just need a jump and a new battery or does it sound like a starter/ solenoid problem??

 

lol. good reference. now that i think about it a faulty soleniod does sound some what like a sewing machine. click click click very fast.
yes replace the starter imo.

 

I had the same problem a couple weeks ago.
It was stuck at my sister's friend's house.
Replaced the starter, and it was on its way home =)
