Car Jerks When Starting Up???????

Car Jerks When Starting Up???????
I have noticed my TL jerks just when I crank (start) up my car. 
I was wondering if this was normal and has it happen to anyone here???? I think it has happened maybe about 4-7 times on and off.

Yes I notice this only happen during the cold mornings. But doesn't happen all the time. Should we be worried or is this normal for our car to do that??????
