I've seen a few other posts that seem similar to this, but am thinking my question is just different enough... Bought an 08 TL new in November w/only 20 miles on it. As of March, had only put 1200 miles on it. Went on a trip for a week, and came back to find it dead. First try got me a few revs/interior lights, second try was nothing. Jumped it, let it run. Turned it off, and when I tried again, dead. Jumped it again, drove to dealer, they replaced it with a new battery and said they'd checked everything else, no issues. Less than 1 month later, I am away for a week again, and come back to the same thing. No interior lights on, no trunk or hood lights on. Thoughts anyone?

take it back to the dealership... Honda/Acura has seem to have a batch of bad batteries... just got mine replaced under warranty a few days ago also...

i had a similar problem but found out that if you leave your ipod running and connected to the aux. it will drain your battery.

I'd go with the TSB Oracle posted. Have the dealership check it. Seems like it would be easy to miss.

I keep my IPOD connected in the AUX with the AC adaptor plugged in too. I travel for 4-5 days at time, and I never had a dead battery from my ipod. When I have left it running, the Ipod battery is dead, not my car's. Like all Honda products the AC plugs go dead when the key is removed. I'd say there is no draw from the battery to the Ipod if it's plugged into the AUX. Honda is notorious for crap (DELPHI) batteries, they die in 2-3 years. My '08's eye does not light up, so that cell is dead in under a year of ownership.
