Hello I am new to this forum but I have recently bought a 2008 Acura tl and I took it apart to replace to oil pump seal and I put it back together at top dead center and now it cranks but does not want to start, it has air,fuel and spark but it's not combusting and I'm not getting a code for the crankshaft position sensor, could I get some help?

 

Was it running prior to you doing the work?
If so, you clearly forgot something. Go over all your work and everything that you touched.

 

check all your connections on the wire harnesses such a crank, cams, etc.

Did you turn the engine over by hand a few times to verify timing was correct?

I found out the engine went out of time and so I retired it but now it's jumping timing when I crank it and I replaced the tensioner 2 times already.

Do you have the right belt?
