cant get dome light bulb out HELP

cant get dome light bulb out HELP

alright so i decided to install my LED's tonight when i got out of work and i did the rears the doors and 1 of the dome lights the other dome light i cant get out. its tough for my fingers to fit back there but i got the other one out.. i losened it up and it wiggles alot every which way but just wont come out is there a trick to taking these things out ?

Use scotch tape, tape both sides and leave room for your finger, then pull out.

i used a towel and a screw driver to take mine out. dome lights aren't man hand friendly. hope this helps

I used those yellow rubbery arms length dish washing gloves. They're amazingly sticky and grip the bulbs like no other.

thanks! im gonna give it a shot in a few minutes i have all LED's and just one stock bulb it looks really funny so i have to get it out ASAP

thanks for all your help i finally got it and for those who search this threat in the future using one of those yellow gloves that you wash dishes with is definetly they way to go I got it out in a few seconds

I had the same issue with my rear dome lights too. I ended up using a twisty-tie around the base of the bulb. I twisted it around the base and pulled down; the bulbs popped right out.
