Can someone check their oil cap for suction?

WuWuWu noise not pulleys or belts or timing components.
Ok well I have a wuwuwuwu sound coming from my engine bay. At first I thought it was a pulley or the serpentine belt. Changed them all and the sound was still there. I decided to run the car without the serpentine belt and see if it still made the noise and it did.
Next step was to do the timing belt and water pump since I had to do that anyways. Finished that today and the sound is still there!!!
It gets worse as the car gets hot. It's not always there and sometimes hard to hear. The sound changes a little going from drive to park but not much.
I wanted to get a video of the sound with my phone but it died when I started recording. It will be hard to catch on the phone tho. Its not super loud.
Ive heard PCV valve can make those types of noises?

It is the aftermarket timing belt tensioner components. You need to use OEM tensioner pulley and OEM hydraulic tensioner. Look here, https://www.odyclub.com/forums/52-20...acement-4.html

The gates kit came with OEM pulleys. those arent making noise. Are there any other air vents besides the PCV? I just changed it out from one at the junkyard and noise is still there but sounds a little different.

If I take the oil cap off the sound goes away. You can hear it sucking air when I take it off.
I changed the PVC valve and it still does it.

After messing with my car today and checking my air filter I noticed my air intake tube doesn't have a hole where the line goes to the valve cover. You know the big metal tube that goes into the side of the air intake tube? In the fall I had to replace the air intake tube because I noticed it was torn. I guess I never paid attention but is this nub supposed to be blocked off? It seems kind of pointless to have the nub the metal tube goes in when its not going all the way thru.
This a random pic for reference. See the nub for the line that goes to the valve cover? It not drilled all the way thru and totally sealed. Is that hole supposed to go all the way thru to suck air from the air intake?

The "nub" should have a hole that goes all the way through, assuming I understand what you are asking/saying, the metal tube that goes in it and then connects to the valve cover is the "breather" for the engine. It draws in fresh air as required by the crankcase.
Which if that is blocked off, then that would possibly explain the noise you are hearing and why there is suction (or at least noticeable) when you remove the oil cap. Crankcase has to get air into & out of it somehow and the inlet is blocked off. lol

There is supposed to be a metal line there connecting the rear valve cover and the intake air tube. If yours is missing, that means some aftermarket intake was installed in the past and the dude tossed or cut it off.

How bad of a idle surge is it? If its like 100 rpms and you don't have a load on the car (a/c for example), then it probably just needs an idle relearn, if it spikes to like 1100 and settles back to 750ish, the you probably have a leak of some form.
