APP sensor, yes. Do a search, DIY is posted on the forum.
TP sensor, not sure. You can in the 2G by dremeling the rivets and using a replacement TPS from Omni (need ohm meter to adjust it). Haven't really looked at the 3 G TB and TPS to know if the same is possible.
