Can heated seat drain battery?
I have a 2005 TL 6-speed. After buying the car six months ago, the battery would frequently drain if not driven for 3 or 4 days. I identified the blue tooth unit as the culprit (based on it being warm when the car was off) and removed it. This fixed the problem - as of a couple months ago, we were gone for over week and had no problem with starting the car upon returning.
However, tonight the battery was not strong enough to start the car (it probably hadn't been driven for two days). I noticed the driver side heated seat was turned on once I jump-started the car. Any chance the heated seat switch could actually drain the battery with the car off and the key removed?
Thanks,
Kevin

Have the battery load tested, then if fine, check the battery for a parasitic drain. Just picked at random, but must make certain the ecu has gone to "sleep" before starting the test:
