Caliper is seized, OEM or aftermarket?
Because of vibration when push brake pedal hard, so I went to garage and mechanic told me my caliper is seized and I can see some robber stuff is broken, he suggested me to replace both of two caliper (front right and front left). Also my disk and pads are no good, seems they need to be replace too. My questions are in below:
1. Do I really need to replace both of two caliper?
2. For disk and pad, i know lot of people are using aftermarket with pretty good feedback. But how about caliper? Should I use OEM caliper?
Thanks in advance!

Ok thanks.
But the mechanic showed me that my right wheel is hard to move while the left one is very easy. Also my right wheel rim has been covered lot of black dust while left one is very clean. So I assume there is something wrong in the caliper not just rotor warped. What do you think?

That doesn't matter. I had my caliper stick and all it needed was grease for the slider's. The brake pads were shot so that had to be changed. If the disc has a ridge on the edge its probably time to change it given the fact that its eaten through it.
Try getting a second opinion. Brake dust isn't gonna cause any locking up of the wheel.
