A/C, heater, blower not working

according to the repair manual, I am to check the climate control unit when I have this symptom. I have removed the connector A from the climate control unit and tested for battery voltage. Passed. I then checked the ground against body ground for continuity. Passed. Next it says to double check other wires (done) and then swap the climate control unit with another one to test. I don't have another one to test it with and I don't want to buy one and get stuck with an extra if this isn't the problem. I want to know if anyone else has had this issue or see if this is a common issue with the 3rd gen TL. The exact year is 2004. Its non-navi.

Do you get voltage when you put the lead on the battery positive and the ground for the control unit?

Back probe the connector and see if there is voltage. Then back probe the ground and see if there is voltage, hopefully there shouldn't be.

Check some TSBs or Find a wiring diagram. They help a lot.
