Butt prints in back seat! 05 TL

My TL is an 05, and I know that Acura put the third stitching in the seats for 05.
Is there supposed to be a third stitch in the rear seats, as in the front? Would the rear seat be replaced under warrenty by the dealer?

I got one after driving for 12 hours with passenger in back.

I don't think there is third stitch. It kinda went away after a week.

the problem is it's there even when nobody is sitting in it. It's mainly the rear passenger seat. Do you think the dealer would fix this under warrenty?

the seat gets loose cause the leather is being held in by clips all they have to do is tighten the clips and the dealer will do it

the other side is becoming like this now, both getting progressively worse. I can't believe nobody else has this problem. I guess if the dealer takes it they will most likely have to replace the rear bench

I have this problem 2:

Can someone confirm that this can easily be fixed by tightening some clips?? My TL is going in soon for alot of things and I might just add this to the list. My car has 26K and was bought Dec. 2003

and here are my "new" front seats. That is one of the things the dealer is going to be doing again when it goes in

My rear seats actually look alot worse than that, and are still progressivly getting even worse.
I recently talked to the dealer and they said that they had a guy that could fix it by stuffing the seat more. Maybe on the next oil change.

I'm guessing the seat cushion material in the TL is too soft which allows the leather to stretch under our fat asses. I sat in an 06 330i and those seats are really stiff and the leather felt really thick. I wonder if they would eventually develop butt prints as well?

Well my 05 has different butt prints than one in the picture due to extra stitching.

I get crimpled lines on second part and I get a small butt print on third part of front seat. Other than that, as we all know left thigh side gets a lot of wrinkles.

My back seats look pretty much the same as one in the picture.

acura has tried to make the leather super soft so the seat upon normal wear will stretch and loosen. if you take it to the dealer and have then tighten the leather it should be fine. also it helps to condition the leather to prevent cracking. my friend is a tech at the local acura dealer

I can confirm after owning 2 different 330's that the BMW leather does NOT have this problem.

I need to take pics of my NBP, even after two years and heavy use all over, they are not at all bad.
