Bunch of coins rattling under driver seat

Hello All,

I may have dropped a handful of quarters, dimes and nickels when the coin holder came off in the center console when I lifted it. The coins fell inside somewhere and now whenever i brake or accelerate quickly, I hear them moving front and back and it is very annoying . Is there a way to get em out easily? The sound does appear to be coming from under the driver seat.

Define "easily"-- you may be kneeling for a few minutes outside the car with the doors open with the following.

Flashlight and: http://www.google.com/products/catal...ed=0CH8Q8wIwBQ

You should be able to find the spring claw in any auto parts or hardware store.

OK...i should have mentioned...I cant see them!! because they seem to be inside and under the driver seat like they are moving in the under body and not on the carpet or something. I wouldn't be asking you pros here if it was so easy to just use "Find them" by looking under the driver seat with a flash light.

Looks like I do have to remove the driver seat to get em out? Has anyone else had this problem?

FIND THEM & REMOVE THEM! A few years back I had a coin fall down into the seat track & when I went to move the entire seat forward the coin caused it to come off the track & break! Keep that area clear.

If they were under the carpet, I doubt you would hear them. Maybe they are under the center console. That's a little more challenging to remove, but doable. GL
