my brake light at times dont light up. the 3rd brake lights up every once in awhile but when it doesnt the regular lights dont light up bright as well.

 

could be a bad fuse, and if worse comes to worse you could need a new set of LEDs


check your owners manual for the fuse size and location

 

My vote is a bad brake pedal switch. Please see link below.

I agree because A) if it were a bad fuse, the wouldn't ever work, period, and B) I see this problem about once a month in TLs (hence why we stock the part at all times).

Cheap part, easy to install yourself. Good link from Inaccurate.

 

ok im going to check on it today and see what it is. its very irritating that the light doesnt work. once i find out ill let you guys know..

 

Fixed the problem guys. I ordered the brake sensor put it on today and that was the problem. Thanks for the help.
