Bolts that hold grill to hood are rusted and stuck

The bolts and nuts that hold the top portion of the front grill to the hood on my car have rusted and just spin... is there any other way to get that piece off?

I had the same problem. Unfortunately, I don't think there is much we can do. I left it and and plastidipped as it sits.

Did it turn at all? If you have enough space to pry a clip remover behind the nut, you can try putting pressure on the back of the nut while you turn it. Sometimes that's all it takes. Other than that, your only option would be to snap it off which is what I had to do on mine. Very. Very carefully

Yeah it looks like I'm just gonna have to order a new one.. the nuts are rusted to the studs and the studs broke off where they are connected to the trim piece itself. If i break it off there really isn't a great way to resecure it.

nope.

If you do get the new molding, get some new hardware. I actually used some acorn style nuts with a dab of anti seize.
