Big plans not enough $$$
Like I said before, you need a new one, the module is problably not working anymore, like most tl's. Try this, turn the car on and hit the talk and back buttons together for 10 seconds, if the system says something, then it still works, but if nothing happens you'll need a new Bluetooth module.

Funny, mine was working flawlessly until I disconnected my battery trouble shooting an electrical issue which turned out to be my driver's door lock actuator. lol
It's a safe move to replace the module.

Acura of Peoria (oemacuraparts.com) has new OEM HFL units for $180 or so; dealerships may try to get up to $220 out of us for the OEM HFL unit.
I purchased an HFL from Acura of Peoria and installed per the long "Bluetooth Fails" thread here: https://acurazine.com/forums/3g-tl-audio-bluetooth-electronics-navigation-94/bluetooth-fails-792642/
10 minutes tops (5 minutes or less if you're mechanically inclined or have removed the sunroof switch before) to remove the old HFL and install the new one.

If the HFL hasn't started working again after a few ignition cycles (including a couple of cold starts), I'd disconnect the HFL or car battery for about 30 minutes, then reconnect to see if that clears the problem. If you disconnect the car battery, you will have to enter your radio and Navi codes to get them working after reconnecting the battery.
If the HFL doesn't work after power has been cut off for half an hour or more and then reconnected, it's likely dead and will need to be replaced.
