I’ve ran multiple tests I’m still getting voltage from my ground terminal and my engine block reading 12.88. Anybody have any ideas of why this would be?

 

start pulling fuses to narrow down which circuit it's coming from.

Don't just look for amperage draw. If you are seriously seeing 12V when across two grounds, the fuse pulling should identify which circuit has issues. If all fuses are pulled, there is no way there is 12V anywhere in the car but the battery itself.
