Auto Window down stopped working

So today I put type s taillights on my car and i love the outcome, except for the right side of the bumper not being 100% flush for some reason. While doing the swap I had the car off but the radio on and the battery died. And now I notice the auto window up/down feature isnt working on the driver side but it does work on the pass. side. and since I cant figure it out i figured id come to az for the help

Hold the window switch until the window is all the way down, then pull the switch to bring the window all the way up again to reset it. The procedure is also in the owner's manual, but hopefully that'll cure your problem.

you need to reset the window:

Turn car on

roll the window down all the way and keep pressing the down window button (do this from the driver's side control) and keep holding it for about 10 seconds after the windows rolls all the way down.

then...

pull up on the window up button and keep holding it even after it completely closes... keep holding it for about 10 seconds.

Now your window should be reset... try the auto up/down...

So I tried the window reset and it didn't work. So I pulled the fuse out and put it back in and voila...window works perfect. Im guessing it was just a bad connection??
