After reading the previous threads on this issue, none of the noises or situations where the noise persists is similar to the one I'm currently experiencing.

When engaged in the reverse gear, I get this nasty noise which can be heard louder inside the vehicle than when opening up the hood.

Additionally, the noise seems to be coming from the passenger side.
