APP Replacement Procedure

Hello,

I'm received my APP sensor replacement today. I found the one write up with pictures on this site; however, I remember another link to the actual procedure from the shop manual - anyone have the link for this? It has more detail about setting the tension in the cable. It could have been at another site.

Thanks,
Kevin

Actually - I am looking at this, and know there was a little bit more information. I remember something about starting the car, holding RPMs at 3k RPM until car warmed up - again, can't remember if this was at Acurazine or some other site.

Nope, that's the exact SM procedure. No ECU resest or idle learn procedure required.

The steps listed in the other post are troubleshooting steps to determine if the APP sensor is bad.

Replacement is just plug and play, nothing else...
