anyone knows what this sound come from?

My car was running normal then this knock sound comes, if anyone have an idea whats is please help me, theres no smoke, the vsa turn on.

My guess would be timing belt tensioner, others may chime with with a more sure answer. Could it be this noise but a lot worse?

yep sounds similar, i replaced that 4 months ago maybe something went wrong well tomorrow ill go with my mechanic hope its that ...

update

my mechanic told me that it could be the flywheel ring gear, cause when i accelerate the sound disappear(2000rpm).


when i get a better answer ill let you all know( so if someone have the same problem hope this post help him)

is this one ? cause i dont have the tools to remove it and i dont want to mess with the engine time

still charged me for the reparation...
but now i have a new mechanic : D((byes byes noise was the serpent belt,) shitty mechanic reparation))
sad part i needed to reapir the engine, was passing water , not much,but still i repaired it before it was late
but now is running good.

finally after almost 3 years one decent mechanic changed it...(yep i still have my acura 2005, now i need to replace the alternator)...i replaced motor gaskets, oil pump , radiator,rack and pinion i also purchased the spoiler, i want to sell it but the car never left me lying, we have a pact you keep runing i keep repairing you ;D
