Angry Aluignment off twice in less than 2 months!

So, I picked up an '06 TL in April. It's a car for my wife, so she typically drives it, and I do only occasionally. Well, late April I drove it for a while and noticed severe pulling to the right. On a brand spanking new car with less than 500 miles on it.

Brought it in for an alignment fix, and turned out the rear right tire was _way_ out of alignment. So, they supposedly fixed it. I drove it back from the dealership, and everything was nice and dandy.

Now, last week I drove the car again, and WTF - it's pulling to the right again! Just three weeks later. Although less pronounced, but the pull is definitely there.

No pothole offroad crazy driving here - the car is babied and driven very carefully. WTF is going on.

Did we buy twins. My car is 2 months old and still pulls to the right. Two alignments, wheels rebalanced, one bad tire replaced and a right rear control arm replaced. The faster I go at highway speeds the worse it is. In my opinion its unsafe. I won't put my family in it. I've been back to the dealer three times. You can check all of my posts over the last two months. Do you have the Bridgestones or the Michellins?

i have -3.2 degrees negative camber on the rear d/s wheel & less on the other. i did the alignment 2 weeks after lowering & i ordered a rear camber kit. my steering wheel went a bit to the left after the alignment & now i have a little torque steer. it was fine before. the 06's are supposed to have less torque steer. i'm waiting on my camber kit to arrive.

do you mean the car goes to the right when the steering wheel is centered? Because my 06 TL does that too but it tracks straight when the steering wheel is a couple degrees to the left. For me its not really a pull to the right but rather the steering wheel is not align with the wheels.

"now i have a little torque steer"

you must be kidding. this car has tons of torque steer. that's that nature of a powerful front wheel drive car. 06 manual tranny models have a minor mod to the VSA; during full throttle, the computer will sense steering angle and cut down power output accordingly. personally, i dont think the feature is any good. the VSA is too intrusive and i found turning off VSA makes the car more fun to drive.

I'll be sure to check them out before I go to the dealership on Thursday. I have Michelin tires.

Rear : Left (before it was fixed) (My memory let me down, it was the left tire out of alignment)
Camber - 1.3
Toe 2.6mm

This is an actual pull. I had an off-center steering wheel once in my beamer when folks at WheelWorks were too lazy to lock it during the alignment. It was mildly annoying, but the car wasn't pulling anywhere.

This is different: even if I turn the steering wheel a couple of notches to the left, it recenters, and the car rolls away to the right.

That's the exact same thing that happens with my car: it tracks straight but the steering wheel is off to the left a little bit. I went to the dealer to get a 4 wheel alignment and get the steering wheel re-centered but it's still doing the same thing.

Does anyone know how to remedy this without a billion trips to the dealer?

I'm having the same problem. I don't have an answer either and my dealership hasn't provided a solution yet. It's totally annoying. It also seems to be a slight bit more difficult to turn to the right than the left.
