My remote keyless entry was not working smoothly for few times but I kept pressing unlock button for few minutes, it still worked. Now it completely stopping working. I have to use key to unlock my car manually which it is very inconvenient, car still works fine..

The security alarm still flashing, just the remote keyless does not work, i thought key battery is death on key#1 so I used key#2 which I have never used it before, it also does not work. So I changed battery of key #1, still does not work.

Is something wrong with remote receiver or somethings?

Did anyone have this problem before that can help me?

You might have to reset your security system...read somewhere on here about that. Check your manual. Also, search here...I'm sure someone has posted a thread about this before.
