I resently bought an used acura tl 2004...i changed the knock sensor, because it came out in a diagnostics...it felt slow, heavy, and didnt run fast on acceleration...ever since i changes the knock sensor....now the car has a fast acceleration, it doesnt feel slow or heavy


This is what comes up in my tmobile syncup drive
. Which is good. But i keep getting the code p0430 and p0420...which is "catalysic efficiency below threshold bank 2 and bank 1. My acura has the catalist removed from 2 previous owners, and they never had a problem with it..just the code...is that important to have, or does it not matter...the car runs swiftly and great. Should i get that checked our or leave it as it is...what are the consequenses if they are any?

 

Put the cats back on or use non-foulers.
