Acura TL 07 Squealing/chirping sound around serpentine belt area

Hi all, I've done a search and haven't really seen my issue... Sorry if this is a repost of the same issue.

It was all normal until about 2 weeks ago. My battery died and the diagnosis was that I had to replace the alternator. I took it to the shop and they replaced the alternator. Now there is a very loud annoying screeching/chirping sound during idle. I can't tell if it's coincidental that the weather changed around the same time... It gets louder and more constant during acceleration. After a while of constant highway driving the sound does go away and sometimes it stays away until the next time I start. Here's my video of issue.
Please help.

didnt watch the vid, but the serpentine belt could cause chirps and squeaks!
best practice is to take off the serpentine belt, then start up the car. if no noise, you've narrowed it down to either the belt or one of the pulleys
