Rock Auto Timeing belt Kit: OEM good stuff for 2004 Acura TL

Hey,

I have an Acura 2004 TL with 125,000 miles on it. I thought I would just put this out here. This is a pretty good deal. Rockauto.com offers a timing belt kit for about 190.00 shipped. These are all OEM parts that are the same on the Acura 2004 TL.
More Information for AISIN TKH002

Also if you have an ACURA 2004 TL there is a video on how to do it.

This kit comes with
AISIN Water Pump
AISIN Hydraulic Tensioner
Koyo Idler Bearing
Koyo Tensioner Bearing
Mitsuboshi Timing Belt
Water Pump Gaskets & O-Rings

cheers.

Dang that's not a bad deal at all, depending on how you value your time. $500 total for parts+labor can be good value if you don't want to spend a whole day getting greasy.

Hopefully this deal lasts until my TL needs to get her 2nd timing belt job done. Shes at 163k now.

Go to Rockauto.com, choose your vehicle, then you will find out if it fits.

Okay, I have confirmed that these parts will fit my 2007 Acura TL base/w nav. However, I want to confirm that these are OEM parts, OP how did you confirm these are OEM parts?

Trust us old timers here. They are! There's one thread where the original Honda water pump and the Aisin pump are pictured side by side. Other than the name stamp on them, there is NO difference.

If anyone lives in the NYC/NJ area I would recommend going to Paul in Clifton, NJ for all repairs on your Acura or Honda. He changed my brakes, radiator, engine mounts, and few other things. Very good price and neat work. PM me for his information.

Just throwing this out there, PepBoys has US Motor Works, complete timing belt kit, lifetime
warranty, WP, belt, idler, hydraulic tensioner, tensioner pully, $164.99 with code PEP30 $115.49, free shipping.
No flames, to each their own.

Thought I'd add that the US Motor Works kit is TK329:
Following coincidentally numbered 329-
Gates GCKWP329
Continental GCKP329
Contitect CK329LK1
AC Delco (Never manufacture their own product) TCKWP329
Dayco WP329K1A
SKF TBK329WP

Naturally the Asian kit is TKH002
