ABS, VSA, and ! light on BRAND NEW 06' TL

ABS, VSA, and ! light on BRAND NEW 06' TL
Ok guys, so I bought my wife a brand new 06 TL, we've had the car for 27 days now and have about 800 miles on the car and this is it's third trip to service for this issue already!! Here's what has been done:

service: ABS/VSA lights on
notes: Test results indicate a bad ABS modulator/control unit. Replaced the ABS/VSA modulator assembly. Cleared codes and bleed system.

service: Speed Sensor
notes: Test results indicate a faulty left front wheel speed sensor. Removed the left front wheel speed sensor and found the end of the sensor was broken off. Found the metal shield in the knuckle was loose and spun around breaking the sensor. Cleaned shield and reinstalled. Reinstalled new sensor and cleared codes.
And now the lights came on again this morning!! The car is already back there. Suffice it to say that I'm just a wee bit upset. I've seen a few other posts on the issue but not really to the extent that my issue is that I could find. What would you guys do? What can I do?? I'm just at a loss for what to do. I figured with an Acura I would never have to deal with these issues. I know it's something like a failed engine or transmission, but you definitely don't expect this on a brand new car. Any insight, help, or whatever would be greatly appreciated.

I had these lights come on when my car was new. I was on ice and lightly tapped a curb. One trip to the dealer earned me a new wheel speed sensor replaced under warranty. No problems since. Be patient and let them fix it for you. Sometimes these issues are difficult to pinpoint and diagnose. Good luck!

Thanks man, they did just call me and said that the shield is loose again that holds the sensor and that they are going to replace the entire knuckle. Hopefully it'll fix everything, cause we love this car!

Just got the car back, so let's hope it's fixed this time. They replaced the left front knuckle, the left front wheel speed sensor (again), knuckle bearing, and knuckle shield. Should be good to go hopefully.
