Angry 2008 TL automatic just got please help with problem

Just took it to acura to replace a possible recall and I got a list of problems

I need some clarity and prices if possible

Says"both inner tie rod ends bad, Possible Rack front rear and side engine racks broken l/s comcompliance bushing broken, r/s ceacked drive belt tensioner loud, fluids dirty

I do notice a sound like others from the passenger side. My mpg is horrible my check engine came on a couple days ago

Are they saying my rack and pinion is done or is it control arm related?
Im assuming the engine racks they're referring to is motor mounts

What should I get done right away I wont be driving the car at all unless its like a 5 mile trip locally

Please help as to let me know my best route. What are the bushings and are they connected to the inner tie rods? Should I just replace one whole part or replace the ripped bushings All help is greatly appreciated

those are all easy fixes. and most can be found in DIY section. Motor mounts on these cars go all the time so dont be alarmed. Go ahead and start with your suspension problems (tie rod ends) and your LCA bushings, get an alignment after that is complete and replace all your mounts at the same time dont do one at a time bc it puts unnessiary stress on the new mount when you do that. Also, the tensioner and drive belt can be done at the same time considering you have to take the belt off when doing the service, the tensioner is a bit of a pita to do IMO. Also just go ahead and change all your fluids. Take a step back and breathe bc these are just wear and tear parts and fixes that are common and will happen with age. No alarms necessary. Hope i covered everything. MAKE SURE YOU GET OEM HONDA/ACURA PARTS dont cheap out on any of these parts, they will make your life a living hell.

Thx for the input its 112k on it just got it in nov and tryin to fix it before I sell it. Do I have to replace the tensioner they just said the belt. Itself was looking wore down. I probably do belt 1st then suspension and mounts followed by a tune up spark plugs and new fluids

Is that clicking sound the tie rods that I hear? And theres a clunking noise on the passenger side is that the torn boots bushings?

clunking noise could also be the bad mounts.

Im pretty sure the warranty is done its has 112k and the previous owner probably didn't extend anything as they treated this 08 TL like an 80 Civic

First of all:. sucks that you bought that car without knowing how much money you're about to dump into it.

Second of all. All these things you mentioned are 'kind of' common and you can find more information about them by searching.

This is what i can decipher from your OP:
*Inner tie rod ends have significant play/movement. This could easily indicate a bad rack(some have had some issues with P/S racks, the one on my 3G leaks.) OR could simply be worn out inner tie rods. This would cause some clunking as well as some slack in the steering.
*Front/Side/Rear motor mounts is what they meant. these cars are NOTORIOUS for mounts breaking. You can read up on the issue around this forum.
*Compliance Bushing is broken..also VERY common. There's a thread, i dont even know how many pages long it is with people talking about the issue and their fixes. You pretty much have to replace them.
*Drive belt is cracked. Serpentine belt:replace it.
*Belt tensioner: not sure if they meant the serpentine belt tensioner or timing belt.Either way, replace it.

You're welcome.
