2008 RBP not starting

So wondering if I can get some help on this problem, I got a Auto 2008 TL, the car is not starting at all, dash lights are not coming on and the interior lights wont come on at all also, I've so far checked all the fuses inside and out and all are good, turning the key over to start doesn't do anything, no click from starter or engine. I have a brand new battery in it and fully clamped down and snug, and all wires are in perfect condition. so any help will do at solving this problem.

try jumping it, it could of died, especially if no lights are coming on.

Test the voltage from the battery with a voltmeter. If you have 13v, then there is a break in the circuit downstream. (As I recall) the battery harness connects to ground (check connection here), and to your ignition, and starter. Check each of these connections to determine where the break is.

Check the Multi-Fuse block in the underhood fuse box. It's the thin long fuse about 2 inches long black in color with gold lettering with a screw holding it in the fuse box.If that blows, you will have the same symptoms as a dead battery.

Good luck.
