2007 TL -106K miles- Check Engine light and intermittent VSA light

The VSa triangle and ! came on over the weekend but are gone now. The CEl is still on. Had got my starter replaced last week and the car battery and cables the week before. hasn't been a smooth month....

The car can be set in cruise now and has no "limp" problems as explained in other threads. Dont want to spend a ton with the mechanic again....

Can someone help with some ideas on this...

Thanks,

the check engine light is a clue.
it will actually tell you what is wrong!!!!!

save for cali, getting the check engine light checked is free at any autostore.

so, go have the check engine light scanned and report back with the exact codes it spits out.

it will tell you exactly whats wrong with the car.
